At Children of Promise, we have the programs you need!
Infants and Toddlers: Your child's day begins at 7:00 a.m. with a brief chapel service followed by a day filed with a learning program that will stimulate their cognitive and sensory development. Toddlers will be taught language development and listening skills which include color words, shapes, animals, health, safety and community helps. Number concepts and simple counting in addition to music, arts and crafts are included in your child's curriculum. Click HERE to view our Tuition and Payment Schedule for Infants and Toddlers.
Pre-K & Kindergarten: Cursive writing is introduced to your child at the Pre-K level. A Beka believes that a child's natural inclination is to scribble and make circles; therefore it would be more effective to introduce cursive writing at this age. Number recognition and counting to 10, science, language arts, social studies, music, arts, crafts, memory verses, poetry, sentences and blends will be the things that your child will be discovering every day. Elementary Education: Bible is taught in a deeper level at these grades. Oral recitation of memory verses is integral at this stage as it will greatly aid in their cognitive and memory recall development. History, geography, health, safety, manners, arithmetic (number recognition to the hundred thousands, metric system, carrying, borrowing, story problems, multiple combinations and estimations) are just a few of the things your child will be learning.
